The Global Accounts Business Development Manager plays a key role in expanding Viva's international footprint by building and growing relationships with global clients. This position combines strategic planning, sales, and cross-functional collaboration to drive revenue and ensure exceptional client satisfaction.
In this role, you will be responsible for accelerating growth with global accounts, enterprise merchants, and strategic partners by leveraging Viva's comprehensive suite of in-person and online payment solutions and banking services. With a strong focus on an omnichannel approach, you will identify, develop, and strengthen partnerships to deliver seamless integration of online and in-person payments within Viva's unified payment ecosystem. Beyond business development, this role extends into pre‑sales support, customer and partner success, and partner enablement—ensuring smooth adoption, sustained engagement, and continuous revenue growth.
