Food & Beverage Manager – Florence, Italy

This is a great opportunity for an ambitious manager who wants to step up and grow within an amazing hotel chain with great people and good vibes!!

In this pivotal role, you will oversee the day‑to‑day Food & Beverage operations in close collaboration with the Hotel Manager and the wider Operations team. You will have an educational background in hospitality, speak fluent Italian, and ideally be based in Florence or willing to relocate.

Responsibilities
  • Lead multiple outlets, including the restaurant, bar and the hotel’s distinctive rooftop venue, ensuring a consistent and high‑quality guest experience across all areas.
  • Act as a visible and approachable presence for both guests and team members, fostering an environment where service excellence, hospitality, and teamwork are at the forefront and contributing to a culture that reflects the hotel’s identity and values.
  • Ensure a safe, clean and inclusive workplace while monitoring the operational and financial performance of the F&B department.
  • Enhance processes, guide and develop teams, and safeguard a seamless and elevated brand experience throughout the hotel.

  • Educational background in hospitality.
