What you will do:

What you need to succeed in this role:

  • Excellent Hebrew (at least C1 level in both spoken and written) and English (B2 level)
  • Experience in customer support
  • Analytical and research skills
  • Positive and responsible attitude
  • Personal laptop or computer (minimum 8GB RAM) and a stable internet connection (minimum 50 Mbps download and 40 Mbps upload)

Will be a great plus:
