Field IT Technician - Milan (Hemmersbach)

Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional technical support to enterprise clients in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Use remote system control tools to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
  • Install software, perform hardware maintenance (screen, motherboard, etc.), resetting computers, hard disks, and backup and restoration of user data.
  • Handle Wifi and software troubleshooting, and perform general system administration activities.
  • Operate autonomously from a variety of clients, managing a ticket queue and prioritizing tasks.
  • Support deskside, network, software, and print concerns for large clients.
Qualifications
  • Experience delivering IT support services and working with Windows 7–11, MS Active Directory, GPOs, and Office 365.
  • Proficient with PC hardware installation, troubleshooting, enterprise antivirus solutions, and ticketing systems.
  • Experience in a corporate and/or multinational environment is valuable.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to interact easily with users.
  • Good English skills and native Italian language proficiency.
  • Valid driving licence.
