Export Sales Manager

Leading Company in the manufacture of PVC products in the Lombardia area, we are seeking an accomplished Export Sales Manager to drive revenue growth in the Furniture segment both within Italy and internationally. The role requires strategic oversight of sales activities, market expansion, client relationship development, and cross‑departmental coordination.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Relationship Management
    • Support business growth through acquisition, prospection and development of new clients, agents and distributors.
    • Participate in fairs and events to engage and prospect clients and stakeholders.
  • Sales and Business Development
    • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in international markets.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential international clients.
    • Prepare and deliver presentations to potential clients and partners.
    • Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to senior management.
    • Make plans to achieve or exceed export sales targets.
  • Market Research and Strategy Development
    • Conduct market research to identify potential markets and customers.
    • Develop and implement export strategies to increase market share in existing and new markets.
    • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats.
    • Develop pricing strategies and negotiate contracts with international clients.
    • Actively contribute to the development of new products and solutions.
  • Operations Management
    • Coordinate with production and supply chain teams to ensure production, lead time and cost‑effective delivery of products to international customers.
    • Manage export documentation including invoices, packing lists, certificate of origin and bills of lading.
    • Manage shipping, customs and payments.
    • Prepare and manage export budgets and forecasts.
