We are looking forward to welcoming you to our team in Falkensteiner Hotel & Spa Jesolo soon as:

YOUR TASKS:
  • Designs and plans the menu for guests
  • Manages and motivates employees, prepares rosters
  • Complies with quality standards and checks the quality of the food offered
  • Plans and implements various specials together with the bar, restaurant, and F&B managers
  • Supervises and maintains the kitchen in terms of cleanliness and tidiness
  • Prepares the offerings for the F&B outlets, as well as their pricing
  • Ensures optimum purchasing and ordering of food and runs efficient inventories
  • Adheres to and reviews the ongoing kitchen budget and the labor costs for the department
  • Ensures that power, gas, and consumables are used efficiently
  • Ensures compliance with HACCP policies in the kitchen
YOUR PROFILE:
  • Several years of work experience in the kitchen area
  • Completed vocational training as a chef
  • Experience managing and motivating employees
  • Strong service and quality orientation
  • Business and organizational skills and know-how
  • Outstanding communication skills and a compelling and engaging demeanor
  • A can-do attitude, hands‑on mentality, and strong solution orientation
