An international renewable energy firm is seeking an HSE Manager to oversee Health, Safety, and Environmental operations across Europe. Based in Milan or Rome, this role involves harmonising HSE standards, coordinating audits, and ensuring compliance with local legislation. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree, 5-7 years of relevant experience, and is fluent in Italian with good English proficiency.

Competenze

• 5-7 years of experience in a similar role, ideally in an international context.
• Previous experience in the renewable energy sector is required.
• Experience in both corporate and construction environments.

Mansioni

• Harmonise HSE policies and procedures across multiple countries.
• Serve as the main contact for HSE matters across sites.
• Conduct audits and inspections on construction sites.
• Organise health and safety training for office staff.
• Monitor incidents and ensure reporting across jurisdictions.
