Responsibilities

Sales Strategy & Execution :

  • Develop and implement a regional sales strategy to meet or exceed revenue targets for service products responsible for.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities while expanding existing customer relationships.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to refine sales approaches.
  • Collaborate with supporting functions to drive demand generation and lead conversion.

Customer & Partner Management :

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and channel partners.
  • Conduct business reviews with customers to ensure satisfaction and identify upsell / cross-sell opportunities.
  • Resolve customer concerns in collaboration with support and operations teams.

Reporting & Forecasting :

  • Provide accurate sales forecasts and pipeline reports to senior leadership.
  • Track and report on regional performance metrics (revenue, margins, conversion rates, etc.).
  • Utilize CRM to manage sales activities and ensure data accuracy.

Collaboration & Cross-Functional Alignment :

  • Work closely with Solutions, Marketing, and Local hardware SPP teams to align sales efforts with company goals.
  • Provide feedback from the field to influence product development and service enhancements.

Team Leadership & Development :

  • Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales professionals (Account Executives, BDRs, etc.).
  • Set clear performance expectations, monitor KPIs, and provide coaching for continuous improvement.
  • Foster a high-performance culture focused on accountability and customer success.
Requirements
  1. Bachelor or master degree or above, major in science and technology, major in power electronics, communication, electrical, mechanical, automation is preferred;
  2. Has strong decision-making skills, able to quickly make accurate decisions and implement effective solutions when dealing with complex situations and urgent issues.
  3. With some work experience and a basic understanding of the new energy market.
  4. Possess good listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills in English, able to communicate directly with foreign clients; proficiency in multiple languages is a plus.
  5. Clear team objectives, reasonable task allocation, promote team collaboration, able to accept overseas business trips, candidates with overseas work experience are preferred.
