Responsibilities
  • Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement regional sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets for service products. Identify and pursue new business opportunities and expand existing customer relationships. Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to refine sales approaches. Collaborate with supporting functions to drive demand and lead conversion.
  • Customer & Partner Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and channel partners. Conduct business reviews to ensure satisfaction and identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities. Resolve customer concerns collaboratively with support and operations teams.
  • Reporting & Forecasting: Provide accurate sales forecasts and pipeline reports to leadership. Track regional performance metrics and utilize CRM for sales activities.
  • Collaboration & Cross-Functional Alignment: Work with Solutions, Marketing, and hardware teams to align efforts. Provide feedback to influence product development. Lead and motivate sales teams, set KPIs, and foster a high-performance culture.
Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor's or master's degree in science and technology, preferably in power electronics, communication, electrical, mechanical, or automation.
  • Strong decision-making skills for complex and urgent situations.
  • Some work experience with a basic understanding of the new energy market.
  • Proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus.
  • Ability to travel overseas; overseas work experience is preferred.
