Our office is in Milan, and we offer flexible working arrangements. The role will require frequent travel (mostly within the country) to the work site.

The Role

To support the successful delivery of our growth ambition, the team is looking to appoint a motivated, detail‑oriented Environmental, Health & Safety Due Diligence Consultant who will support with the delivery of EHS and ESG audits to a range of clients from the financial services (including private equity) and the corporate sector (manufacturing, chemicals, pharmaceuticals, food etc.) and with a passion for sustainability.

Job Responsibilities
  • Environmental, health and safety (EHS) audits to support mergers and acquisition, regulatory compliance audits, supply chain audit programs.
  • Audits on environmental, social, governance (ESG) issues, to help companies and corporations identifying reputational risks and opportunities for sustainable development.
  • Supporting project managers in requested activities such as research for information, writing reports, proposal preparation, etc.
  • Delivering multiple project tasks or components, including proposals.
About you
  • EHS due diligence experience across EHS (HSE) and experience or interest in developing experience in sustainability disciplines (ESG) as a consultant.
  • A master’s degree in environmental engineering, environmental, management, or other relevant disciplines.
  • A specialization in energy or civil engineering or experience in the sustainability/carbon sector would be considered a plus.
  • Working knowledge of Italian and English is required, knowledge of other languages will be considered as a plus (preferred French and/or Spanish).
  • Good knowledge of Italian Environmental and EHS legislation. Knowledge of the international EHS standards will be considered as an advantage.
  • Ability to multi‑task, maintain flexibility, travel, and work independently.
  • Commitment to being responsive to our clients’ needs and meeting transaction schedules.
