ROLE

The Sales Associate, reporting directly to the store management team, will serve as a Brand Ambassador, guiding and building customer loyalty throughout the sales process.

RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Manage relationships with an international clientele, providing details about products and PVH Italy's values.
2. Utilize effective sales techniques to achieve set objectives.
3. Promote the company's culture and image by becoming a Brand Ambassador.
4. Contribute to creating a professional and motivating work environment.
5. Assist in maintaining Visual Merchandising standards.
6. Check stock on the sales floor, replacing items as necessary to ensure the full range of products and sizes is available.

REQUIREMENTS

1. Previous experience in a retail role.
2. Dynamism and strong operational and organizational skills.
3. Excellent standing and well-groomed appearance.
4. Strong interpersonal skills and customer service abilities.
5. Availability to work shifts, especially on weekends.
