We currently have an opportunity for an Administration and Accounting Assistant to provide general administrative support to the adjusting teams across EMEA. This role is based in our Rome office.
Key Responsibilities
Monthly preparation of excel files.
Monthly data entry into excel files.
Active invoicing assistance (Italian/EU/Non-EU).
Data entry into company systems.
Respond to a high volume of daily e-mails, client inquiries and discrepancies and flag and follow up on resolutions.
General administration services.
Required Skills
Minimum 3 years of administration / accounting experience preferably within a similar position.
General Accounting understanding.
Ability to communicate both verbally and on writing in Italian (Native level) and English (Business level)
Strong IT skills including Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Teams etc.
Use of the main SW packages - Knowledge of at least one accounting management software is useful.
Team player with a can-do attitude who is also comfortable working independently without supervision.
Accuracy, numeracy, and attention to detail.
Strong organisational skills, ability to prioritise and work to tight deadlines.
Results/deadline orientated.
