Azure Solution Architect

DXC Technology is looking for an Azure Solution Architect to join ITO&Cloud Offering Team.

Responsibilities:

1. Design, implement, and oversee complex cloud solutions on the Microsoft Azure platform.
2. Supervise the entire lifecycle solution, from initial conception to ongoing optimization and maintenance.
3. Identify clients' business and technical requirements in complex and often ambiguous outsourced environments.
4. Understand the impact on other solution elements, define, and document mitigation strategies to address potential issues.
5. Interact effectively with the rest of the technical team to achieve desired results, fostering collaboration and synergy.
6. Participate in and organize client meetings, ensuring clear communication and alignment with project objectives.

Education and Skills:

1. At least 3 years of experience in solution architecture on Azure Platform and services.
2. Good knowledge of Azure migrate, VMs, Cloud backup, Azure SQL, AKS (Kubernetes), BLOB storage, ASR, Load balancers, VNETS.
3. High communication skills and experience in presenting and summarizing highly complex architectural issues.
4. Good knowledge of Project Management techniques and Agile methodologies.

Nice to have:

1. IaC experiences / coding (i.e. Python).
2. Certifications: AZ-104 Azure Administrator Associate, AZ-305 Azure Solutions Architect Expert and DevOps Engineer Expert.

Work Location: Milan (MI) with remote work possibility and availability to travel.
