Marshmallow Games ( is a fast growing company in the gaming and edutainment sector for children. Our apps have exceeded 2,000,000 downloads and have been listed by Apple as one of the best apps on the App Store worldwide, reaching the top of the charts in over 150 countries.

Currently our team consists of 22 people with digital and entertainment backgrounds from all over Italy, and we plan to reach 30 by the end of 2022.

We’ve recently closed an important investment round to drive our international growth and to become one of the global leaders in the kids edutainment app market.

Your main responsibilities

As a Performance Marketing Manager at our company, you will:

  • End to end management of performance marketing activity across Paid Social channels (Facebook, Instagram, Tik Tok ecc.)
  • Supporting performance marketing activity across additional channels such as Paid Search and working closely with any partner agencies to implement, optimise and report on performance.
  • Develop test and learn initiatives across Paid Social.
  • Work with the Marketing Team and external consultants/agencies to ensure messaging across all channels are consistent and aligned and audience strategies are optimised.
  • Ensure budget is spent across performance channels efficiently.
  • Track and report on key performance indicators of media activity.

Must have

  • In-depth knowledge of digital marketing and web funnels with 2+ years of experience;
  • Demonstrated track record of integrated marketing campaigns;
  • Experience with design and data-driven decisions;
  • A/B test mindset to quickly ideate e implement test campaigns and iterations;
  • Excellent self-leadership skills in prioritizing and managing budgets and deadlines;
  • Strong attention to detail and quality in achieving objectives;
  • Excellent command of both written and spoken English to interface independently with our network of partners (consultants, platforms, etc.);
  • Excellent logical-analytical skills;
  • Ability to plan for the long term and to quickly adapt one’s plans and strategies to new needs;
  • Ability to work in a team and to give and receive qualitative feedback in a constructive manner and always in the interest of company growth.

Nice to have

  • Experience in consumer products, preferably kids, gaming or educational;
  • Experience with mobile products;
  • Knowledge of Google Data Studio
  • Work experience completely in English;
  • Cambridge Assessment English level C1 (BEC) certificate or equivalent;
  • Certifications related to relevant tools in the digital marketing field.

Our latest product Smart Tales ( is the Netflix of interactive stories focused on learning STEM subjects (Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics) for children aged 3 and over and represents the fruit of our experience in these years in the world of children’s apps. Smart Tales has received numerous awards and accolades and has been “App of the Day”on the App Store in over 50 countries.
