Job Description

This is an outstanding opportunity for a hardworking New Graduate/Master's student, interested in making a difference at Kraft Heinz!

The position will be part of the Sales Department in Milan, where you will have the chance to work within a successful team, alongside peers always seeking to reach the next level.

As an intern you will take ownership of projects and work closely with the business on day-to-day challenges. We provide the playing field. You change the game.

Are you up for the challenge?

In brief, you will be responsible for:

• Support with quantitative and qualitative analyses.
• Entering sales orders, applying discounts, and using SAP
• Extracting sales data, analyzing data with company tools
• Handling relationships with the buyer's assistants of key clients
• Assisting in the preparation of PowerPoint presentations for internal/external use
• Commercial back-office work
• Using IRI for sell-out data analysis
• Supporting in handling communications with the sell-out team for promotional activities

Hard Skills

• Master's Degree (achieved or close to be achieved)
• Proficient in English and Italian
• Good command of MS office, especially Excel.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Professional Attributes

• Strong Affinity with Sales and/or data analytics looking to be trained in real business life conditions.
• Interpersonal Skills: You’ll easily be exposed to senior management, no matter your level. Therefore, it’s important you have excellent communication skills, to deal with all kinds of different stakeholders.
• Confident: You’re a go getter, you’re not easily thrown off your game, not even when you get resistance.
• Team player - achieving results is nice but achieving results with the team is simply the best! You’re a great teammate, which means you’re sometimes a leader, sometimes a follower but always working towards the same common goal together with your teammates.
• Curiosity, positivity & passion: You’re curious, positive and enthusiastic. People know you as the driver of the team.
