Job Description Summary:
* Provide first-level help desk support for all UNIT-supported systems.
* Consult with students, faculty, and staff regarding issues with Villanova technology and systems.
* Assist with computer problems and provide diagnosis and resolutions.
* Log calls utilizing the TeamDynamix (TDX) ticket system.
Must be a graduate student.
Some technical knowledge to support the IT infrastructure.
* Excellent written and oral communication skills.
* Excellent customer service skills.
* Summer, Fall, and Spring position.
* UNIT will provide all training.
