Data Engineer

Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Data Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will have at least 7-10 years of experience in Excel, with Banking or Financial Services industry experience.

The Data Engineer will be responsible for the development of data solutions and workflows, as well as the integration of data from multiple sources. The ideal candidate will have experience working with large, complex datasets and be able to devise efficient solutions for data transformation, analysis, and reporting.

Responsibilities:

1. Develop data solutions, including data analysis, data integration, data warehousing, and data management.
2. Design and develop data models to support decision-making.
3. Create and maintain data structures optimized for analysis and reporting.
4. Create and maintain data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes.
5. Analyze the data to identify trends and anomalies.
6. Develop reports and dashboards for data visualization.
7. Monitor performance of data solutions and workflows.
8. Work closely with stakeholders to identify data requirements and develop solutions.
9. Troubleshoot data issues and develop solutions.
10. Stay current with industry trends and best practices.
