A leading travel experience provider in Italy seeks an E-commerce Optimization Manager. You will leverage analytics tools to enhance user experience and oversee UX, SEO, and data teams. Ideally, you have over 3 years of experience in e-commerce operations and expertise in A/B testing and SEO. This full-time position offers the chance to significantly impact product development.

Competenze

  • 3+ years managing e-commerce operations or teams.
  • 2+ years managing A/B testing.
  • 2+ years managing CRO initiatives.
  • 2+ years working with SEO and metadata optimization.

Mansioni

  • Use analytics tools to identify UX issues, drop-offs, and opportunities.
  • Manage A/B testing to ensure new features are improvements.
  • Segment users by touchpoint to shape the user interface.
  • Oversee UX, SEO, and data teams focused on high-impact pages.
  • Ensure proper header structure and SEO best practices.

Conoscenze

Proficiency in GA4

E-commerce Optimization Manager (Analytics-Driven, Hands-On, UX-Oriented)

If you’re someone who spends all their days in analytics identifying frictions and issues, you are the person for the job.

We are not looking for a performance marketing specialist or a software developer. This is a builder role for someone who learns through data, prototypes solutions, and improves the product weekly.

What You'll Do
  • Use analytics tools (GA4, Looker, Hotjar, etc.) to identify UX issues, drop-offs, and opportunities
  • Manage A/B testing to ensure new features are an improvement
  • Segment users by touchpoint to shape our user interface
  • Oversee UX, SEO, and data teams, keeping efforts focused on high-impact pages.
  • Ensure proper header structure and SEO best practices on all new pages
  • Create and maintain a clear, actionable roadmap based on input from leadership
Skills
  • Proficiency in GA4
  • Proficiency in VWO (or similar A/B testing tools)
  • Strong understanding of on-page SEO, Google Search Console & metadata optimization
  • Familiarity with UX design tools like Figmaor similar
Experience
  • 3+ years managing e-commerce operations or teams
  • 2+ years managing A/B testing
