Four Seasons Hotel Firenze is looking for a Director of Public Relations and Communications to lead the development and execution of an integrated annual strategy encompassing digital marketing, social media, marketing communications and public relations. In this unique and high‑impact role, you will play a key part in elevating the hotel’s visibility, driving brand awareness, and positioning Four Seasons Hotel Firenze as a premier destination. From promoting our exceptional hotel, restaurants & bars, spa experiences, and event spaces, to highlighting the talent behind our service, you’ll help shape the public perception of our property and contribute directly to our commercial success.
Reporting to the Commercial Director, you will lead a dynamic team and act as a key brand ambassador, representing the hotel within the community and serving as a spokesperson for media and partnerships. This is a position based at the hotel and ideal for a confident communicator, experienced leader, and collaborative marketer.
Candidates must possess legal work authorization in Italy.
