Digital Solution Business Analyst

THE POSITION

For our site in Zingonia (BG) , we are looking for an IT / Digital Solution Business Analyst , who will contribute to the development and implementation of innovative digital solutions.

The candidate will join an international team and collaborate with business and IT functions to promote process modernization and the continuous improvement of digital solutions.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Actively participate in requirements gathering, planning, designing, and implementing digital solutions to support all business areas.
  • Identify and propose new operating methods and opportunities for process and solution improvement.
  • Actively participate in digital transformation projects and the modernization of application platforms.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders from different functions, translating business needs into technical specifications.
  • Evaluate the feasibility of proposed solutions and support their implementation and testing.
  • Provide functional and first‑level support for applications in use.
  • Promote knowledge sharing by highlighting risks and opportunities related to digital technologies.
YOU ARE THE RIGHT PERSON IF
  • You hold a degree in Finance or Business Administration and have a passion for the financial sector.
  • You have 1 to 3 years of experience in Business Analysis, IT Solution, or Digital Transformation roles within consulting firms, software houses, or system integrators serving Banking or Financial Services clients.
  • You are passionate about understanding business processes and translating them into concrete and effective digital solutions.
  • You have excellent analytical and change management skills, and you enjoy proposing new ways of working.
  • You have worked (or would like to work) in multinational contexts and on cross‑country projects.
  • You are familiar with the world of financial services and are curious to deepen your understanding of its dynamics and digital trends.
  • You have a mindset oriented toward processes, continuous improvement, and digital transformation.
  • You know how to engage and positively influence stakeholders by proposing constructive alternatives and solutions.
  • You identify with a proactive, practical, and collaborative approach.
  • You possess excellent problem‑solving, planning, and communication skills.
  • You speak and write English at an advanced level, using it naturally in an international work environment.
