Un'azienda operante nel settore strategico cerca un candidato da inserire nel proprio team di sviluppo aziendale a Ravenna. Il ruolo comporta la responsabilità di supportare lo sviluppo della strategia aziendale e di preparare piani strategici. Cerchiamo una persona laureata in economia o affini, con ottime capacità comunicative e di analisi, esperienza in aziende internazionali e buone competenze in Excel. Competenze

• 2-3 anni di esperienza in aziende internazionali con focus su aspetti strategici e modelli finanziari.
• Capacità di preparare presentazioni per il top management.
• Competenze analitiche forti e capacità di analizzare dati complessi.

Mansioni

• Supportare lo sviluppo della strategia lungo tre pilastri.
• Preparare il piano strategico 3-5 anni in collaborazione con le funzioni aziendali.
• Supportare pianificazione ed esecuzione di progetti strategici.

Responsibilities

• Reporting to the Strategy & Business Development Manager, the candidate will have the primary function to support the development of the strategy along 3 pillars (Growth, Innovation and Operational Excellence) that ensure the continued successful growth and profitability of the organization.
• Preparation of 3-5 year strategic plan in cooperation with main company functions (sales, R&D, operations, etc).
• Support planning, modeling & execution of strategic projects (like new product launch, new market entry, etc).
• Act as the team's main point of contact for market intelligence, preparing reports on market trends, customer insights, competitor analysis, and internal newsletters.
• Assist in analysis and presentation development for the company leadership team.
• Contribute to M&A activities by identifying potential targets, screening new opportunities, developing profiles and business cases, supporting due diligence, and preparing financial models and presentations.

Qualifications

• Degree in economics, management or finance is preferred.
• Very good English is a must.
• Highly motivated, self-starter.
• Curious & willing to learn new things, able to jump on different topics & interact with different functions.
• Ability to set priorities and manage own time and work to meet deadlines.
• Good communication skills, able to translate complex technical concepts in a concise way.
• 2-3 years of experience in international companies, with a strong focus on strategic topics and financial modeling. Prior experience in corporate strategy or management consulting is preferred.
• Good presentation skills, able to prepare presentations for top management focused on key messages.
• Strong analytical and Excel modeling skills, able to analyze complex data sources (structured or unstructured).
