Please note: This position requires on-site presence at our Genoa office. Candidates are expected to be open to relocation.

Your mission

• Video ads production for all the social media strategy
• Analysis of results to improve the social media ads performance
• Collaborate with the influencer marketing team to develop social media campaigns that promote our products and services.
• Guarantee a correct execution of the Ads Calendar.
• Help to increase the visibility of Social Media content from a organic and paid perspective.
• Creation and execution of the marketing automation content plan
• Manage a community of creators involved in content creation for our social media accounts (organic and paid).
• Work diligently to define and maintain a publication's style, tone of voice, editorial guidelines and publishing requirements.
• Be updated on current wellness trends and opportunities relevant for social media.

Your profile

We are looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist to join our marketing team at Buddyfit. The ideal candidate will be a motivated, creative, and fitness-loving person with a good understanding of social media and industry trends.

Skills & Requirements

• Student or graduate in marketing, communications, or a related field
• Strong knowledge of editing apps (Edits, Tiktok…) for social media videos.
• Excellent knowledge of written and spoken Spanish (proficient) and English (B2 +). Italian would be a plus.
• Good creative abilities: you can turn an idea into a post in a matter of minutes, guiding others to produce the results you envisioned (video editors, copy, specialists)
• Problem-solving and time management skills
• Passion for fitness, health and interest in industry trends
• Previous social media and video editing marketing experience will be considered as a plus
