An ambitious tech consulting company in Milan is seeking a proactive IT support specialist. In this mid-senior level role, you will provide hands-on support and ensure high-level customer service. Candidates should have knowledge of Microsoft platforms and ITSM tools, as well as excellent Italian and English communication skills. This is a full-time position offering the chance to work in a dynamic environment focused on technology enhancement.

Working in a fast‑paced, constantly evolving environment, you will be responsible for providing a high level of customer service and hands‑on support.

We are looking for an extremely proactive person with a keen interest in technology, who can suggest improvements and provide input on new products or services. In addition, we seek someone with exceptional customer service skills, who can build effective working relationships with both team members and business users, and has a flexible and committed approach to work.

Job Responsibilities

• Provide face‑to‑face IT support to users
• Install, relocate and de‑install hardware
• Diagnose problems related to hardware (PCs, laptops, printers, scanners, etc.)
• Support MS Windows 10/11 and MS Office 365 environments
• Manage small projects for new hardware or software installations
• Install software, patches and updates using MS SCCM
• Provide hands‑on network support

Job Requirements

• Experience in a technical ICT environment (manufacturing/pharmaceutical desirable)
• General End‑User technology knowledge
• Experience with End‑User Workspace platforms (discovery, asset management, client management)
• Knowledge of End‑User Microsoft platforms (Active Directory, Office, SCCM)
• Experience with ITSM tools (ServiceNow preferred)
• Strong enthusiasm for artificial intelligence is a valuable plus, with a desire to explore and utilize our internal SAI Library tool
• Soft skills: planning and organizing, attention to detail, problem solving, analysis, flexibility, customer sensitivity, technical writing skills
• Excellent Italian and English, written and spoken
