Job Overview

We are looking for an Architect ready to step up and take on new challenges. You will be based in our Rome office, leading Design Teams on a wide range of international projects and reporting directly to the Technical Director.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate all architectural design phases, ensuring regulatory compliance and design quality
• Oversee preliminary analyses, feasibility studies, and concept development in collaboration with consultants and authorities
• Manage surveys of existing buildings and the preparation of related documentation
• Supervise the production of design deliverables, from concept to construction documents, including cost estimates and permit applications
• Guide the team in preparing moodboards and client presentations
• Report project progress to the Technical Director and support in defining design strategies and resource planning
• Provide leadership and technical support to the design team, ensuring alignment and performance
• Participate in coordination meetings and manage external consultants
• Support team recruitment within the design unit

Requirements

• Master Degree in Architecture or Building Engineering Architecture (Master in Digital Architectural or BIM are a plus).
• Registration in the Italian Architect registration Board or international equivalent
• At least 5 years’ experience working as Project Leader on national and international projects
• Expertise with AutoCAD, BIM - REVIT and similar softwares
• Ability and experience in managing the entire construction process
• Proven leadership, organizational and problem solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
• Fluency in Italian and English (others languages are a plus)
