STAM is currently recruiting a talented and enthusiastic Systems Engineer to join its Defence team in Rome.

Activities

By joining the STAM Engineering Solutions team, you will have the exciting opportunity to work in projects in the Defence domain.

You will be engaged in consulting activities supporting the whole lifecycle of complex system from the requirements definition to the design phase to the implementation, test and acceptance with particular focus on C4ISR Systems, land and naval combat system, M&S Systems and Telecommunications Systems.

Additionally, the candidate will also support the team in the Bid Engineering activities contributing in the analysis of the tender objectives, in the definition of the technical proposal with innovative ideas on emerging and disruptive technologies, as well as cutting‑edge technologies.

Requirements
  • At least, Bachelor's degree in Electronics, Telecommunication Engineer or Computer Science or equivalent.
  • At least, 1 year experience (but not mandatory) in:
  • Requirements analysis and specification;
  • Analysis and implementation of customer’s requirements;
  • System design architecture and integration;
  • Knowledge on testing activities and acceptance / qualification process.
  • Screening tender requirements on selective relevant opportunities, reviewing and extracting key information;
  • Good teamworking, communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Critical thinking, problem-solving and attention to detail;
  • Good knowledge of the English language and, in particular, in drafting project documentation.
