Data Protection Senior Consultant, Milan

Milan, Italy

Sia Partners is seeking a Senior Consultant with experience in Data Protection to join the Data Protection Practice in Milan.

Working within a global team of professionals, you will have the opportunity to:

• Proactively contribute to managing increasingly complex project activities aligned with your profile
• Support the Manager in client relationship management and project delivery
• Participate in developing new value propositions for Sia Partners at both national and international levels

The ideal candidate is passionate about privacy and new technologies, capable of managing projects for large clients, and interested in working in a stimulating international environment.

Educational background: Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Law, with subsequent experience in Risk and/or Compliance

Experience: 3-5 years in Data Protection; prior experience in a consulting firm is a plus

• Strong knowledge of data protection regulations (GDPR, national laws, Garante Authority measures, EDPB guidelines, etc.)
• Excellent use of methodologies related to risk assessment and mitigation, and best practices in Data Protection
• Knowledge of Data Protection and other data-related regulations (Data Act, AI Act, Digital Services Act, etc.)
• Knowledge of extra-EU regulatory frameworks is a plus

Languages: Excellent command of English (daily use); knowledge of French or another foreign language is a plus.
