What this job involves

• Data Center CSA Manager role focusing on civil, structural, and architectural responsibilities.
• Manage CSA design evolution, procurement strategies, vendor coordination, and construction follow-up until commissioning.
• Act as the primary contact with clients, addressing project risks and solutions.
• Define and coordinate planning, budgeting, quality, and safety for CSA and related equipment.
• Coordinate OFCI related to CSA.
• Develop project management plans, strategies, procedures, and communications.
• Manage procurement processes, including tendering, supplier selection, and contract awards.
• Organize work monitoring meetings, prepare reports, and manage project costs and schedules.
• Oversee commissioning and project delivery.

Desired skills and experience

• Degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture.
• At least 5 years of construction management experience in critical infrastructures like data centers, hospitals, or oil & gas plants (minimum 5MW).
• Overall 10+ years in construction sector including project and construction works.
• Knowledge of building laws and regulations.
• Risk analysis and problem-solving skills.
• Leadership and team management capabilities.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Italian.
• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, AutoCAD, MS Project/Primavera, BIM 360, etc.
• Experience working within hierarchical organizations with internal procedures.
• Structured approach to analysis, reporting, and prioritization.
