Who we’re looking for

We are looking for a Customer Support Assistant to join our team in Rome.

You will support the Customer Success team with onboarding and assisting clients, ensuring they have a smooth experience while using our platform.

This position is a great learning opportunity for anyone eager to explore the world of hospitality technology and gain hands-on experience in a dynamic, collaborative environment.

Key responsibilities
  • Support the team during the onboarding process for new clients
  • Assist colleagues in providing customer support via email, chat, and phone
  • Help update CRM and support tools with accurate client information
  • Contribute to collecting customer feedback and sharing insights with the team
Minimum requirements
  • Fluency in Italian, French, and English (written and spoken)
  • Proven experience in Technical Support, Helpdesk, or Customer Care positions
  • Availability to work on-site at our Rome office
