A leading mobility services company in Milano is seeking a Customer Service Representative. You will manage customer correspondence and process requests with a strong focus on quality. Ideal candidates will have a bachelor's degree and prior experience in customer service, along with excellent communication skills. Position can be tailored to part-time or full-time schedules, providing flexibility to meet candidates' needs.

• Processing requests and complaints from customers (for example manage card blocking, pin generation, shipment tracking, limit exceeding)
• Maintaining the quality of customer information in a CRM
