The role requires problem-solving skills, knowledge of Salesforce, and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. Who are we looking for?

Seeking a detail-oriented Inside Sales Associate to support outside equipment sales through phone and email sales, order processing, customer data management, and database file retrieval.

What will you be doing?

• Demonstrate problem-solving skills in a dynamic environment committed to continuous improvement
• Process daily orders
• Develop product knowledge of pumps, flow controls, electrical components
• Experience in industrial or wholesale industries is a plus
• Follow company policies and maintain professional conduct
• Assist purchasing with inventory follow-ups for customer orders
• Support management with internal/external relationships and team activities
• Assist with reporting needs
• Maintain confidentiality of all information and data
• Organize and maintain the Parts Sales office filing system

What competencies will you need?

• Experience with Salesforce or similar databases
• SAP experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook
• Experience with order entry processes
• Knowledge of German or French languages
