Overview

Tubiflex S.p.A., part of the renowned Interpump Group, is looking for a motivated Customer Quality Specialist to join our Quality Department for a one-year maternity cover contract. We design and manufacture high-performance flexible hoses, expansion joints, and assembled manifolds using top-quality metallic and composite materials. Our products serve high-stakes sectors including aerospace, naval, railway, automotive, and industrial. What You’ll Do
  • Provide clients with all documentation requested during the order phase.
  • Verify conformity of “special” parts in production upon requests from third parties and customers.
  • Issue Certificates of Conformity for materials and tests, resolving technical issues if needed.
  • Prepare PED, MED, and MIR documentation accurately and on time.
  • Manage visits from inspection authorities and product recertifications (Type Approval).
  • Draft aerospace FAI documentation.
  • Support the Quality Manager in preparing certifications (IATF 16949:2016, ISO 9001:2015, ISO EN 9100:2018) and managing non-conformities.
Key Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or a related technical field preferred; candidates with a High School Diploma in a technical or industrial field (Mechanical, Electrical, Quality Control, etc.) and with relevant years of experience in the sector will also be considered.
  • Previous experience in a quality / customer documentation role is a plus.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Strong communication skills to interact with internal teams and external clients.
  • Proactive, collaborative, and capable of handling workload peaks efficiently.
  • Knowledge of quality standards (ISO 9001, IATF 16949, PED, etc.) is a plus.
