How will you make an impact?

• Operational support in managing the CRM platform (Salesforce) : verification, analysis, and control of the database to optimize marketing and clienteling activities.
• Assistance in preparing presentations for the Retail and CRM HQ Department.
• Support in creating email marketing campaigns for acquiring new customers and promoting products : target identification, DEM creation, journey management, results analysis, and reporting.
• Operational support in the organization and management of marketing events, co-marketing activities, and organizational secretarial activities in collaboration with the Team.

How will you experience success with us?

• Good knowledge of the Office package.
• Familiarity with Salesforce and Marketing Cloud (or similar CRM platforms) is appreciated.
• Good knowledge of the main social networks.
• Good knowledge of Italian and English (professional level).
• Proactivity, flexibility, motivation, and passion for the luxury sector.
• Good data analysis skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
