A leading outdoor equipment company is seeking a CRM & Lifecycle Marketing Senior Specialist based in Italy. The role involves owning the vision, strategy, and execution for CRM and email marketing across multiple brands. Candidates should have at least 3 years of experience in CRM or similar roles and familiarity with Salesforce Marketing Cloud. This position is integral to optimizing customer lifetime value through data-driven decision-making and campaign management.

The CRM & Lifecycle Marketing Manager will own the vision, strategy, and execution framework for CRM and email marketing across all Oberalp brands (Salewa, Dynafit, Wild Country, LaMunt, Evolv). This role will act as the central governance point for CRM processes, ensuring standardization, scalability, and performance across multiple brands and markets. The position will lead the development of a unified CRM operating model, manage the intake and prioritization of requests, and drive automation and personalization initiatives to maximize customer lifetime value.
