Role Overview

We're looking for a Creator Marketing Manager to join our Creator & Ad Operations team. In this role, you'll collaborate closely with the UA and Creative teams and platform partners to execute and optimize creator-driven campaigns across multiple platforms.

You'll identify and vet creators, negotiate partnerships, and ensure every collaboration meets platform policies, creative standards, and performance goals — driving campaigns smoothly from concept to launch.

What You'll Do

• Manage the creator marketing pipeline — from outreach and negotiation to execution and optimization.
• Support creative operations across Social Media, SDK Networks, and Google, ensuring all content meets platform specs and policies.
• Collaborate with UA and Creative teams to launch and scale high-performing campaigns.
• Track creative performance, implement feedback, and continuously optimize top-performing assets.
• Maintain close communication with platform reps to stay ahead of policy updates and ad spec changes.

What We're Looking For

• 1–2+ years of experience in influencer or creator marketing (agency or client-side)
• Strong understanding of creative specs, ad compliance, and performance metrics (CPI, ROAS, CPA)
• Highly organized and proactive : able to manage multiple creators and campaigns across different regions simultaneously
• Excellent communication and cross-team collaboration skills
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities
• Native or native-level proficiency in spoken and written English
• Based in Europe or the UK
