This role focuses on optimizing digital platforms by analyzing user journeys and conducting A/B tests to enhance customer experience and conversion rates. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree and at least 2 years of experience in digital analytics. This position is on-site in Asolo, Italy.

The goal will be to leverage data and experimentation to maximize digital experience, performance, and business impact.
