A leading global performance apparel manufacturer is seeking a Conversion Rate Optimization and Analytics Specialist. This role focuses on optimizing digital platforms by analyzing user journeys and conducting A/B tests to enhance customer experience and conversion rates. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree and at least 2 years of experience in digital analytics. This position is on-site in Asolo, Italy.

Competenze

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or similar field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in CRO or digital analytics.
  • Good knowledge of digital and analytics platforms and A/B testing tools.

We are now looking for a Conversion Rate Optimization and Analytics Specialist , responsible for ensuring accurate data collection, actionable insights, and continuous optimization across our digital platforms. (S)he will manage analytics tools, lead testing initiatives, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance user journeys and drive conversion growth. The goal will be to leverage data and experimentation to maximize digital experience, performance, and business impact.

Main activities :

CRO & Experience Optimization
  • Analyze user journeys, traffic sources, and funnel performance to identify conversion bottlenecks. Provide recommendations to optimize the end-to-end customer experience;
  • Take ownership of the A / B test roadmap : in this role you will plan, prioritize, execute and analyze A / B and multivariate test to improve conversion rates and the overall user experience;
  • Conduct UX audits using tools like Microsoft Clarity, Hotjar, and session recordings together with business benchmark and best practices;
  • Translate insights from quantitative and qualitative data into actionable hypotheses and experiments;
  • Work with internal teams and external partners (e.g., developers, UX agencies) to implement and iterate on CRO strategies.
Ecommerce Analytics
  • Work on a daily base with Analytics platform, mainly Google Analytics 4 and Shopify Analytics, Looker Studio and Funnel.io;
  • Maintain and improve existing dashboards, create new ones and generate reports to monitor KPIs, run sales and performance analysis;
  • Stay up to date on new platforms and open to new AI Tools and innovation.
Collaboration & Strategy
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across performance marketing, merchandising, and operations to align on business goals;
  • Present insights, test results, and optimization recommendations in a clear, compelling manner;
  • Stay current on digital analytics trends, CRO best practices, and emerging tools;
  • Collaborate and support the Digital Analytics Manager in sales and forecasting analysis.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or similar field;
  • 2+ years of experience in CRO and / or digital analytics;
  • Good knowledge of digital and Analytics platform and A / B Testing Tool;
  • Good knowledge of A / B testing methodologies, UX principles and conversion funnels;
  • Basic knowledge of data visualization and reporting tools;
  • Excellent analytical thinking, attention to detail, and communication skills.
