Help digitalize the public administration (PA)

As a member of KPMG’s Government team, you will have the opportunity to make a difference by personally contributing to the redesign of your country’s public service delivery models, while rapidly developing your skills in a dynamic and highly professional environment.

You will engage daily with the strategic dimensions of public administration, including:

  • Developing and implementing digital strategies (supporting digital transformation initiatives in the tourism sector, territorial promotion, and digital communication)
  • Redesigning the citizen/user experience
  • Structuring service delivery processes and their supporting information systems
  • Creating performance management framework

You will also work across key areas such as:

  • Demand management
  • Functional and business requirements analysis

Come As You Are - Your Skills and Characteristics

This successful candidate has:

  • A degree in Economics, Tourism Economics, or Management Engineering
  • Over 2 years of experience, preferably with a consulting company and/or supporting the PA
  • Studies preferably focused on: business organization/administration, finance and control/organization of public administrations/digital transformation/public procurement
  • An excellent knowledge of English, preferably with study/work experience abroad
