La figura si occuperà di analizzare i processi industriali e supportare l'ottimizzazione, lavorando sia in sede che presso i clienti. Offriamo un contratto a tempo pieno e una retribuzione da definire in base all'esperienza.

Zeta Consulting Treviso Srl, operating in the strategic consultancy sector with a particular background focused on manufacturing, is looking for an Operations Consultant to join its team.

Place of work : Treviso and at customer sites

Reference manager : Area Manager

The activities

• Carry out detailed analysis of industrial processes and their possible future improvements
• Analyze the competitive positioning of a company, determining where necessary the level of innovation / obsolescence of the systems used, identifying any supporting investments
• Determine the needs for manpower, materials and systems with evidence of the economic situation
• Analyze company performance and KPIs
• Support the introduction of IT tools within corporate contexts
• Support the interfacing of IT tools with production plants, promoting the use of data detection technologies with an I4.0 perspective
• Create detailed Business Plans and Industrial Plans
• Create appropriate functional and technical documentation

The skills required - Technical skills

• Degree in Management / Industrial Engineering or similar
• 5 years of previous experience in production contexts covering organizational / management roles aimed at optimizing industrial processes
• Good knowledge of the topics relating to the main economic aspects that characterize a company
• Excellent knowledge of Office package, knowledge of MES systems, knowledge of CAD is a plus.
• Good knowledge of the English language. Knowledge of a second language (e.g., Spanish, French, German) is a plus.

Soft Skills

• Excellent interpersonal, communication and customer-oriented skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team and adapt flexibly if required
• Availability to travel for periods both in Italy and abroad
