Responsibilities
- Responsible for the assigned station under the supervision of the Sous Chef.
- Ensure adequacy of supplies at the cooking stations.
- Assist in preparing orders, stock supplies and check inventories.
- Prepare fresh ingredients for cooking according to recipes and guidelines.
- Test foods to ensure proper preparation and temperature.
- Operate kitchen equipment safely and responsibly.
- Ensure the proper sanitation and cleanliness of surfaces and storage containers.
- Follow Standard Operating Procedures and brand identity guidelines.

Bartender – Bar Service
Reporting to the F&B Outlets Manager. Full-time, 5 days a week with 2 days off. Starting date: mid-November/December.
Responsibilities
- Represent and be the face of the hotel/bar to all guests.
- Pamper our guests.
- Order, prepare and serve drinks in accordance with standard recipes.
- Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies.
- Ensure clean glasses, bar equipment and working areas.
- Follow Standard Operating Procedures and brand identity guidelines.
- Comply with quality assurance expectations and standards.
- Comply with all health, safety and hygiene standards and policies.
Qualifications

Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the chef in selecting and planning the weekly menu for the staff canteen.
- Prepare and cook meals according to the established menu.
- Maintain cleanliness and order in the canteen area.
- Ensure proper storage and rotation of food items.
- Coordinate with the kitchen team to ensure consistent food quality and availability.
- Comply with HACCP and internal hygiene standards.
- Assist with general cleaning duties as needed.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in similar roles (staff canteen, catering services, industrial kitchen).
- Good understanding of food hygiene and safety standards.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Flexible with working hours (including weekends and holidays).

Bar Supervisor
Reporting to the F&B Outlets Manager.
Responsibilities
- Supervise the day‑to‑day operations of the bar, ensuring efficient and elegant service.
- Be the main point of contact for all bar‑related activities during your shift.
- Maintain the mise‑en‑place, cleanliness, and overall readiness of the bar.
- Take drink and food orders, make tailored recommendations and up‑sell where appropriate.
- Create memorable guest experiences through product knowledge and storytelling.
- Collaborate with other supervisors and managers to design seasonal menus and events.
- Monitor stock levels, carry out inventory control, requisitions, and purchasing.
- Balance the cash register at the start and close of each shift, complete cashier reports, resolve discrepancies.
- Support other F&B outlets as needed.
- Act as departmental trainer for the bar team on technical skills and brand standards.
- Conduct daily pre‑shift briefings and ensure alignment between service and culinary teams.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, hygiene and sanitation standards.
- Support P&L performance, cost control, and operational efficiency.
Qualifications
