College Instructor

Location: Federal Correctional Institution Milan , MI

Duties:

• The applicant shall provide an average of 6 sessions each week to coincide with the core curriculum topics of the residential Life Connections Program.
• The applicant shall provide Classes that may include, Managing Emotions, Interpersonal Skills, Job Skills, Creative Writing, as well as other therapeutic classes such as Art, Crafts, Drama, etc.
• Applicant shall be responsible for providing instruction for inmates who are active participants in the Residential Faith-Based Program.
• The applicant shall attend the Institution Familiarization Orientation program prior to assuming institution involvement.

Qualifications:

• The applicant must have a minimum of three years working in a correctional environment. (preferable).

Education/Experience:

• Must have at minimum a Bachelor of Arts degree from an accredited college or university.
• Must possess a recognized accredited college certificate.
