Overview

Client Advisor - Surety Specialty is part of our Credit Specialties, together with the Trade Credit & Political Risks one, and is dedicated to implementing strategies and solutions to free up credit capacity and mitigate financial risks, providing clients with secure insurance guarantee solutions at competitive conditions.

Your main responsibilities and expectations:

Responsibilities
  • build and maintain relationships with clients and serve as a high-specialized point of contact for day-to-day surety needs in the role of Key Account;
  • offer technical advice and make informed recommendations leveraging product expertise, delivering comprehensive reviews of account needs and risks from a managing and financing standpoint;
  • build a deep understanding of clients’ needs and priorities, of risk and industry strategies and solutions to develop and provide placement solutions that meet client needs at the best;
  • keep abreast of changing insurance and risk management market conditions and appetite;
  • support in the analysis of insurance contracts and ensure compliance with our business protocols and local regulatory requirements;
  • meet and maintain a high level of relationship and negotiation with the main surety carriers within the market;
  • work closely with the main segments and offices of MMC Group to set up strategies for surety solutions for top-tier clients.
Requirements
  • proven experience in insurance / insurance brokerage industries;
  • gained expertise on Surety Bonds solutions and markets;
  • be results oriented with a strong client service focus;
  • fluent in written and spoken English;
  • sales acumen and innovative and disruptive thinking;
  • ability to manage workload and prioritize tasks;
  • ability to work independently and within a team-based environment.
