Key Responsibilities
  • Act and think first of the client and their experience, you have an in-depth knowledge of the desires, needs and expectations of clients
  • Welcome and assist each client providing an excellent in-store experience at all times
  • Be a master at storytelling and at the art of asking engaging questions
  • Create a long‑term authentic bond with clients by making them feel the experience is truly about them
  • Maintain suitable product displays for windows and interior (collection, sale), through regular VM activities
  • Create a magical environment that reflects the soul and aspirations of OTB
  • Contribute to maintaining displays and collection image standards, by following the VM Corporate Image guidelines
  • Demonstrate active leadership on the selling floor, to drive individual and team objectives and be accountable for sales results
  • Be proactively engaged in cross‑selling with all Departments and maximize sales opportunity in order to achieve individual sales target and KPIs
  • Prove brand and product knowledge
  • Ensure and maintain the shop floor and visual display high standard
  • Contribute to ensure a high level of security and be attentive to prevent product thefts, including tagging garments and merchandise on the floor
  • Think innovatively about how we can improve and generate new ways, be up‑to‑date with new fashion trends and competitors
  • Develop and nurture meaningful and loyal client relationships through personal connections and CRM initiatives
  • Manage and drive sales by understanding client desires and create a hand‑crafted experience for the client to achieve the best sales performance
Key Requirements
  • Previous experience in sales roles is a plus; Experience in structured Fashion Luxury/Retail Companies is a plus; Passionate in Retail, Client service and commercial mindset
  • Excellent understanding of the luxury sector and product sensitivity
  • Strong communication skills
  • Willingness to evolve in the organization, willingness to relocate is a plus
  • Digitally aware and open to new ways of working
  • Strong competencies in Decision Making, Strategic Thinking, Financial Acumen, Innovation, Focus on Customer and Execution
