Our company is seeking a seasoned revenue management professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional commercial acumen, a deep understanding of hotel dynamics, and the ability to develop and implement pricing strategies that drive growth while maintaining high standards of luxury service.

The successful candidate will be responsible for optimizing the profitability of our properties, with a focus on Average Daily Rate (ADR) and pricing positioning. They will work closely with our sales team to maximize revenue opportunities across different channels, ensuring perfect synergy between sales and pricing strategies.

We are looking for someone who can analyze complex data, think strategically, and communicate effectively with our teams. Fluency in English and Italian is required, with a third language being an asset. If you have a proven track record in revenue management, preferably in high-end properties, we encourage you to apply.

Key Responsibilities :

• Pricing Strategies : Develop and implement pricing plans that promote ADR growth while maintaining luxury standards.
• Data Analysis : Continuously monitor market trends, competitors, and property performance to identify growth opportunities and improve pricing performance.
• Commercial Management : Collaborate with the sales team to maximize revenue opportunities across different channels.
• Coordination and Supervision : Oversee revenue management activities at our properties and ensure consistency in pricing and distribution strategies.
• Reporting and KPIs : Prepare detailed reports on pricing trends, occupancy, and RevPAR, proposing strategic solutions based on data.

Requirements :

• Revenue Management Experience : Proven experience as a Revenue Manager in high-end properties, preferably with luxury segment expertise.
• Technical Skills : In-depth knowledge of revenue management systems and PMS / CRS software.
• Languages : Fluency in English and Italian, with a third language being an asset.
