About the role

We are looking for a Channel & Customer Marketing Coordinator PH Channels to unlock new realms of commercial potential within this channel.

Key responsibilities
  • Developing and sustaining long term relationships with pharmacy customers and suppliers
  • Building symbiotic relationships with marketing and NRM teams to conjure channel-specific growth plans, inspired by shopper, retailer, and market insights across diverse brands
  • Developing and executing the Trade Marketing Plan in line with sales and marketing objectives
  • Improving brand results through excellence in in-store planning, execution and tracking in alignment with the annual marketing priorities
  • Overseeing and monitoring performance of brand recognition metrics (e.g. MS Value, promotional activity ROI)
  • Responsible for client plans development in collaboration with sales team
  • Monitor the execution of commercial strategies to capitalize on successes and suggest corrective actions when necessary
  • Analyze competitors' strategies and market data to identify opportunities for growth
  • Stay ahead of competition and market trends to uncover new growth opportunities
  • Manage stakeholder relationships across various functions (marketing, MRN, Sales, supply chain, customer service)
  • Manage the Trade Marketing Direct Pharmacy budget with precision
  • Manage and develop a Team of 3 persons
Qualifications and skills

Essential

  • 5 or +5 years’ experience in pharmacy environment in trade marketing roles
  • Experience in working with retailers and wholesalers / distributors
  • Experience in working on core business drivers (assortment, stock, layout, pricing, promotion)
  • Experience in Consumers Path of purchase dynamics
  • Strong analytical skills, adept at turning numerical data into actionable insights
  • Smart approach with dashboards and databases to monitor performance
  • Effective communication skills (developed listening skills / ability to explain, train and coach), enthusiastic, creative person who thinks in terms of solutions, curiosity and passion for his job
  • Proficiency with the office package (especially PowerPoint and Excel)
  • Knowledge of Category Management guidelines
  • Strong financial acumen to present compelling business benefits
  • Details orientation
  • Understanding of qualitative research techniques and methods
  • Good storyteller who can show the vision and benefits
  • Easily engaging with the customers, peers and building trustful relationship
  • Negotiation skills

Preferred

  • Talent who has 5+ years of experience working with the pharmacies or in commercial functions
  • Ideally having sales and / or trade marketing experience in Pharmacy Channel
  • Person who enjoys interacting with the customers and learning from interactions with different people
