Business Functional Analyst – ABB

Join us to apply for the Business Functional Analyst role. As a key member of the Commercial Processes and Tools for Business Enablement Agile Unit, you will be part of the Customer Portal & Digital Commerce Ecosystem Team, ensuring global tools and experiences in the Electrification landscape worldwide.

Reports to: Chapter Leader – Business Process Management

Work model: Hybrid

Key Responsibilities

• Uncover, collect, analyze, and prioritize business requirements or stories, translating them into implementation stories
• Collaborate closely with business users and the development team to establish a clear development plan and testable acceptance criteria
• Work with developers and IS project managers to estimate and monitor development effort, capacity, status, and velocity across planned releases
• Master our application landscape and proactively address incidents and changes
• Actively create and present innovative solutions to business users and partners
• Serve as a Subject Matter Expert in your area of expertise, contributing technical and business process/data expertise to drive high-quality products
• Apply Agile development methodologies and actively participate in all team activities
• Develop and execute test plans to ensure desired functionality and quality of product configuration tools
• Provide training and guidance to users of the tools
• Manage timelines, resources, and overall project execution
• Report project updates to key stakeholders

Qualifications

• BS in engineering, computer science, mathematics, or business and minimum 2 years’ experience in eCommerce, project management, or software development
• Italian and English speaker
• Strong knowledge of Agile processes and project execution methodologies
• Excellent analytical and computer skills and influencing skills
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; strong customer advocate
• Champion of change, willing and eager to promote change
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Figma, and DevOps/Jira
