Your tasks

To put our vision into reality we are looking for a Business Development Manager in Italy to identify contact and negotiate agreements in the automotive industry sector (B2B) with a specific focus on the Car Dealer vertical. The objective is to increase the visibility and penetration of CARFAX in the Italian market.

Your role
  • Identify potential partners and opportunities in the B2B business secure meetings with them and introduce the CARFAX models services & value propositions
  • Support the growing demand from Car Dealers and cooperate closely with our central functions to drive growth in this segment
  • Implement our wholesale- / reseller strategy to assure convenient access to our core product the Vehicle History Reports
  • Negotiate contract terms that protect and grow the products financial interests and resources of CARFAX
  • Work closely with our Business Development teams in other European markets
  • Represent CARFAX at various local conferences
Your profile
  • 5 years of relevant job experience in Sales / Business Development
  • Experience working in an automotive related branch
  • Product Management and high-level negotiating experience
  • Output driven results oriented and hands-on working style
  • Strong communicator and proactive approach
  • Excellent language skills in Italian and English
  • Ability and desire to work in an international team
  • Ability to travel as required by the position (up to 50%)
