About the Role

The role focuses on new business development, with accountability for securing revenue from existing accounts and new prospects. The ideal candidate should be goal-oriented and comfortable working in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment.

  • Responsibilities
  • Taking ownership of their business and market, developing a strategy, understanding the ICP, the challenges faced, and their impact.
  • Prospecting new clients (via phone, online, and attending events in person).
  • Identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities within the existing client base.
  • Collaborating with other Business Development Managers to increase product utilization.
  • Forecasting accurately using Salesforce.
  • Exceeding quarterly new business targets.
