A global leader in industrial solutions is seeking a Food & Beverage Market Development Manager to analyze market trends, manage key accounts, and collaborate closely with Sales and Marketing teams. The ideal candidate will have a university degree, 5+ years of relevant experience, and strong leadership skills. This role includes up to 50% travel across EMEAI and offers a dynamic international working environment with flexible hours.

Analyze Food & Beverage applications to identify growth opportunities.
Evaluate verticals for resilience, regulatory trends, and sustainability relevance.
Monitor competitors and product gaps to support sales and portfolio strategy.
Shape market segmentation and value propositions.
Support Sales in managing key accounts.
Provide insights on applications and markets to shape account strategies.
Lead acquisition of new strategic customers and develop strong business cases.
Advise Portfolio Leaders on trends, applications, and competitor positioning.
Support new product development and business case creation.
Align pricing and value strategies with Sales and Product teams.
Deliver targeted training and technical support to enhance sales effectiveness.
Address capability gaps with tools, coaching, and tailored materials.
Collaborate with Marketing on messaging, campaigns, and collaterals.
Promote brand visibility through exhibitions, digital content, and vertical‑specific outreach.
Create and update training for Food & Beverage topics.
Act as a technical and market expert for internal stakeholders, customers, and external audiences (e.g., speaking at conferences, webinars, customer events).
Willingness to travel up to 50% across EMEAI.
