This role involves process optimization and training for the blow-molding operations across 14 EMEA plants. The ideal candidate has over 15 years in the packaging industry and is fluent in English. Travel availability is required, and the position offers an opportunity to drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Competenze

• 15+ years of experience in the packaging industry focused on blow-molding.
• Fluent in spoken and written English.
• Willingness to travel as required.

Mansioni

• Lead training of plant blow mold operators on production execution.
• Create and execute process-related training materials.
• Participate in new equipment implementation.
• Promote process improvements through Kaizen and lean techniques.
