The ideal candidate will possess strong mixology skills and leadership experience in luxury hospitality. Responsibilities include managing teams, developing cocktail menus, and optimizing costs. A candidate with at least 5 years of relevant experience and proficiency in English is preferred. This position offers a full-time contract with a monthly salary of €45,000.

• Minimum of 5 years of bar management experience in a luxury hotel or high-end restaurant.
• Fluency in English; Italian is a strong advantage.
