A luxury resort set in the scenic region of Umbria is seeking an experienced and charismatic Bar Manager to oversee all bar operations and deliver a refined memorable beverage experience to guests. The ideal candidate is a creative hospitality professional with strong leadership skills excellent product knowledge and a commitment to luxury service standards. This role includes managing bar teams cocktail menus inventory training and overall guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the daily operations of all bar outlets ensuring exceptional service and a welcoming atmosphere.
  • Recruit, train and mentor bartenders and bar service staff to maintain high performance and guest engagement.
  • Develop innovative cocktail menus seasonal beverage offerings and signature drinks aligned with the resort’s brand identity.
  • Guarantee compliance with health hygiene and safety regulations as well as responsible alcohol service.
  • Manage inventory stock levels ordering and cost control to optimize profitability.
  • Ensure proper opening and closing procedures cash handling and reporting.
  • Collaborate with F&B management Culinary teams and Marketing on events pairings and promotions.
  • Address guest feedback promptly and professionally ensuring continuous improvement in service quality.
  • Monitor financial performance and support budgeting forecasting and revenue strategies.
Qualifications & Experience
  • Minimum 35 years of bar management experience in a luxury hotel resort or high-end restaurant environment.
  • Strong mixology expertise and up-to-date knowledge of international beverage trends.
  • Proven leadership skills with the ability to train inspire and supervise diverse teams.
  • Solid understanding of bar operations inventory management and cost control.

Fluency in English required; Italian is a strong advantage.

Certifications related to hospitality bartending or beverage management are preferred.

Excellent interpersonal skills and a guest-centric attitude.
